Peter Lord Joinery are proud to combine traditional workmanship and values with the capabilities, capacity and efficiency of a modern business.

Based in our own purpose-built premises in Mid-Norfolk, we have moved on with some of our best joiners who have worked for Scope Joinery for many years up until the company dissolved due to one of the directors retiring. We therefore have a wealth of knowledge and experience and are proud to have been working on some very prestigious projects over the years.

Peter Lord continues to work on projects around the UK and abroad, almost entirely on recommendation from private and corporate clients, designers and architects. No project is too small or too large.

General joinery — doors, windows, stairs & conservatories to match existing installations, to your own design or from our professional designers.

Kitchens – inspiring bespoke kitchens, individually designed to your needs, handmade in our workshop using traditional joinery methods.

Furniture & cabinet work — traditional and contemporary furniture and interior fittings for domestic and commercial contracts, including individual pieces of furniture, fitted bedrooms, libraries and kitchens. We offer a full range of finishes, stains, lacquers, high-quality spray paints and French polishing all applied in house.

Exhibitions — exhibition staging and display cabinets for prominent temporary and permanent exhibitions throughout the UK. We are fully aware of the need for efficient change-overs, working within strict timescales.

Ecclesiastical joinery — restoration and new works within churches and chapels, from decorative screens and roof components to new altars and pews.

Mouldings — any and all mouldings you may require, including matching existing profiles, individual bespoke designs, curved and carved.

Green Oak & construction grade Douglas Fir — Peter Lord Joinery are competitive suppliers of green oak and douglas fir to both the trade and domestic customers. These timbers can be supplied sawn to size, planed and square edged, or manufactured into any frame/structure required. All timber is sourced from sustainable sources and beams & structural components can be supplied with stress grading.
